Return Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Tyres that have been used or fitted are not eligible for return.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Smaller items can be returned via mail order. For larger items, we will arrange return delivery via courier service.

To begin the return process, please fill out the contact form on our website. Once submitted, our customer service team will respond via email with further instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The cost of delivery will be deducted from your total refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us by filling out the contact form.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via the contact form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, covering all shipping costs without any additional charges.

Please note that claims regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be made within a 30-day window from the date of receipt.
